“At MicroAge we continue looking for ways to make a positive impact on our clients, partners and associates—our values guide us every day.” Rob started his career as a CPA at a large public accounting firm. Since then, he’s had three decades of leadership experience, primarily serving as an operational chief financial officer for public and privately held technology organizations. An experienced MicroAge associate, Rob returned to the company for the third time in 2016 to drive MicroAge operations forward with his leadership, strategy and vision.

Larry Gentry

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Larry Gentry is responsible for ensuring cStor provides its clients with innovative cybersecurity, infrastructure and cloud solutions for the healthcare, manufacturing, government, education, retail, insurance and utility industries. His business acumen and management expertise stem from years of senior level leadership and high-tech management experience with companies such as Kroger, Kohl’s department stores and Shopko. Larry attended Lewis and Clark College along with Mt. Hood Community College prior to beginning his management career and holds multiple industry certifications. Larry has been involved with the Desert Southwest Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association since 2008, holding past roles of Board Chair, Walk Chair and currently leads their efforts for corporate engagement and sponsorship.

Pete Schmitt

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

As the lead for cStor technology and engineering, Pete researches new and emerging technology to ensure that his team is at the forefront of technology trends and best practices so that they can deliver the best possible technological solutions to cStor customers. He brings an extensive background in information technology, customer service, and professional services and is known for delivering second-to-none customer experiences—a philosophy that is directly attributable to cStor’s long-standing success and reputation. Prior to joining cStor, Pete held key positions with well-respected companies such as NetApp and IBM and is known for his deep expertise in data center technologies. He earned a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, and is an avid Green Bay Packers fan.

Kel Williams - VP Finance - cStor, A MicroAge Company

Kel Williams

VP FINANCE – CONTROLLER

As the VP Finance – Controller, Kel Williams is responsible for providing financial leadership to sustain the company’s growth now and into the future. Williams attended the Wichita State University W. Frank Barton School of Business where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. Prior to joining cStor, Williams spent more than seven years working for a national IT managed services provider where he served as the director of finance. In this role, he assisted in combining eight business units under one national CRM and ERP platform, as well as establishing best practices related to Order to Cash (O2C) processes and ASC 606 Revenue Recognition.

Mike Kemp

VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES

Mike Kemp is responsible the cStor Division’s sales operations and building a high-performance sales organization. Mike brings more than thirty years of experience leading sales organizations including creating new strategies to expand the combined companies’ cross-sell services as well as cloud and cybersecurity offerings.
